Social Care Online provides a link to the full text if it is freely available, or available via a SCIE Athens account.

If full text is unavailable consider the following:

How to obtain full text articles

Try looking on the journal home page to see if the publishers offer off prints of articles. There may be a charge.
Obtain articles directly from the British Library. You can do this by visiting http://www.bl.uk/services/document/articles.html There will be a charge for this service.
Use a library to access document supply services. Your organisation/ college or university librarian, or a public librarian should be able to help you obtain copies of articles in this way. There is likely to be a charge for this service.
Check your nearest college/university to see if they stock the title.
There are a number of libraries specialising in areas of social care that allow limited access. These may be useful to visit if you are trying to locate a large amount of material. For more information go to the Social care library and information services section on Social Care Online.

How to obtain books

Use a library to access inter-library loan services. If your organisation/ college or university or public library does not have the book in stock, the librarian should be able to help you get an interlibrary loan. You are likely to be charged for this service.

www.tso.co.uk - TSO (formerly The Stationery Office) is the official publisher of state papers and government materials.

SCIE Athens account holders can also access hundreds of ebooks for rental via the Dawson Books Reader Portal

Social care staff working for local authorities in England are eligible for a SCIE Athens account which provides access to a wide range of full text content in health and social care.
